About  Carrie


I was born into the restaurant industry. My parents owned multiple restaurants and my mom, a fantastic home cook, taught me the love of cooking and eating food.  I furthered my culinary knowledge graduating with a BS in Hospitality and working in various food and beverage outlets from country clubs, fast casual restaurants, hotels and most recently catering. 

 I love big salads with lots of vegetables, good tacos, and anything chocolate.  This site focuses on finding gluten-free, dairy free meals and healthy snacks.
